Job description:

We are seeking a creative Script Writer to develop engaging short-form and long-form video scripts in the real estate domain. The role involves translating research into compelling narratives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful content

Role & responsibilities

• Convert research into engaging short-form real estate scripts.


• Short-form & Long-form video writing, Storytelling, Real Estate Understanding.


• Collaboration with research & production teams.


• Creative thinking, Clarity of communication, Adaptability to feedback Speed with quality.

 Preferred candidate profile

• Develop compelling and well-structured scripts for real estate related videos, including explainers, vlogs, and project reviews.


• Research industry trends and market insights to create impactful narratives.


• Work closely with video editors, animators, and content strategists to align scripts with visual storytelling.


• Adapt scripts for different formats such as YouTube videos, social media reels, webinars, and corporate presentations.


• Ensure clarity, conciseness, and engagement in scripts while maintaining a professional tone.


• Edit and refine scripts based on feedback from stakeholders.


• Stay updated with business trends and storytelling techniques to enhance content quality.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in scriptwriting, preferably in business, finance, or corporate content.


• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a broad audience.


• Experience in writing for video content, including explainer videos and interviews.


• Understanding of business domains such as finance, or real estate is a plus.


• Excellent research skills and ability to translate data into compelling narratives.


• Proficiency in English/Hindi with exceptional writing and editing skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively with video production teams and content strategists.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a business media company, ed-tech platform, or corporate communications team.


• Familiarity with SEO and digital content trends.


• Experience in writing scripts for animated explainers or business documentaries.
