Job Description - Apprentice - HRBP

Support BGV follow-ups & tracking
Track employee confirmation & extension cases
Monitor absconding & termination processes
Coordinate Buddy Program mails & feedback
Maintain grievance & Culture Meter trackers
Support exit clearance activities
Coordinate & track RBI meetings
Track Assessment/AAC RAG movements
Maintain Role Fitment trackers
Support HRBPs with MIS, reports & employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

MBA/PGDM/BBA/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related specialization
Strong communication & coordination skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR
