Job Description - Business Development Intern

Position: Business Development Intern

Location: Hyderabad

Role Summary

As a
Field Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of ENH
iSecure’s growth journey. This entry -level role is designed to equip freshers with essential sales skills and expose them to the dynamic cybersecurity and
IAM industry. You’ll work closely with experienced sales professionals,
actively engage with clients, and play a critical role in expanding ENH iSecure’s
presence in the assigned region.

This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in sales, learn from
industry experts, and make a meaningful impact in a fast -growing technology
domain.

Key Responsibilities

1.
Client Engagement:
• Conduct field visits to potential clients, presenting ENH iSecure’s offerings
with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to
understand their business needs.
2.
Lead Generation & Qualification:
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking,
and attending industry events.
• Maintain an active pipeline of potential customers and report progress to the
Regional Sales Manager.
3.
Product Demonstrations:
• Assist in organizing and delivering product demos for IAM solutions,
highlighting key features and benefits.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address client questions and concerns
during demonstrations.
4.
Sales Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using
CRM tools.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
5.
Collaboration with Teams:
• Work closely with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and
regional events.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to
clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: 
MBA (primary should be marketing).


Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence in engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Attributes:
• Self -motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Proactive and result -oriented approach to tasks.
• Ability to travel within the region for client visits.

Requirements

For the first 1 or 2 months, we can pay
10K for training. 

15K per month after first 45 days
is okay. 

Joining: ASAP

 

After six months, if the person is
interested, we can convert.
