This internship opportunity to assist in expanding our reach and driving growth. As a Business Development Intern, you will gain hands -on experience in client outreach, market research, and marketing campaigns while contributing to the growth of a leading STEM -focused organization.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients including schools, colleges, institutions, and CSR partners
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow -ups and coordination
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
Support and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive lead conversion.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports
Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to align solutions with client requirements
Maintain basic CRM records, lead status, and sales documentation
Participate in meetings, demos, and discussions to support deal closures
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain solutions clearly and professionally to clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Zoho Workspace (Excel, Word, Canva)
Basic familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and lead generation
Good analytical, organizational, and follow -up skills
Self -motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a startup environment
