Requirements

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  
• Reach out to potential corporate and retail clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  
• Build and maintain long -term relationships with clients.
  
• Understand client gifting requirements and propose customized solutions.
  
• Prepare quotations, presentations, and proposals.
  
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful orders.
  
• Coordinate with the design, procurement, and operations teams to ensure timely execution.
  
• Maintain an updated database of prospects and clients.
  
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and gifting industry insights.
  
• Represent Giftonique at exhibitions, networking events, and corporate meetings when required.
  
• 0 -1 years of experience in retail or customer -facing roles.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).​
