Business Development Trainee

Position: Business Development Trainee

Exp: 0 – 6 Months

Location: Hyderabad

Timings: 1PM -10 PM IST

The BD trainee will focus on cold reach-outs to new potential clients or web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources as per defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

·         Maintain the database and activity history in the CRM

·         Responsible for Qualified lead generation through online (cold calling/Email/Webinars) in the US, UK, and Canada market

·         Ability to plan and schedule appointments/meetings with the CXO level contacts

·         Maintain relationships with Key contacts in Prospective customer organizations for new opportunities

·         Focus, target and follow-up with a set of assigned account or database

·         A team player, someone comfortable in a highly collaborative, team-oriented culture.

·         Familiar with current market and technology trends

·         Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics

·         Excellent time management skills

Requirements & Qualifications:

·         Persuasive and goal-oriented

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers

·         Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred

·         Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
