Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Business Development / Marketing Trainees. This role offers hands -on exposure to lead generation, client communication, digital outreach, sales coordination, CRM management, and business growth strategies.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to build a long -term career in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

• Identify and connect with prospective clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, outbound calling, and other professional platforms.
  
• Conduct market research to identify decision -makers and new business opportunities.
  
• Support Account -Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns through targeted account research.
  
• Develop personalized outreach messages to improve lead conversion rates.
  

Sales Coordination & Operations

• Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines in CRM systems.
  
• Coordinate meetings for the senior sales team and manage follow -up schedules.
  
• Attend client discussions and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
  

Marketing Support

• Assist in identifying market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  
• Support branding and social media engagement initiatives.
  
• Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Recent graduate in Bachelor’s degree program (BBA, BMS, BCom, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field).
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
  
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
• Experience with CRM software or LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be an added advantage.
  
• Self -motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast -paced environment.
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Stipend of ₹15,000 during probation/training period of 6 months.
  
• Performance -based salary revision after probation in the range of ₹20,000 – ₹25,000.
  
• Performance appraisal eligibility after completion of 1 year.
