We’re now launching a new performance-focused wearable designed for fitness-first users who care about recovery, training insights, sleep quality, HRV, VO2 Max, and overall performance optimization.
To support this launch, we’re building a highly engaged community from the ground up — a space where fitness enthusiasts, athletes, creators, and everyday performers can connect, learn, and grow together.

The Opportunity
As a Community Intern, you’ll help build and manage the community ecosystem for one of Noise’s most exciting upcoming products.
You won’t just “manage social media.” You’ll help shape the voice, culture, and identity of the community across platforms like:
- Discord
- Reddit
- Slack
- NoiseFit App
- Instagram & Social Channels
You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Brand, and CX teams to ensure community insights directly influence the product experience.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands internet culture, fitness communities, and how to create conversations people genuinely want to be part of.
What You'll Do
1. Community Growth & Engagement
- Build and grow highly engaged communities across Discord, Reddit, Slack, NoiseFit app, and social platforms
- Drive meaningful conversations, discussions, challenges, and community interactions
- Make members feel heard, valued, and connected to the brand
2. Community Operations
- Moderate discussions and maintain healthy community culture
- Respond to queries, feedback, and conversations quickly and thoughtfully
- Identify trends, recurring questions, and high-value user insights
3. Product Feedback & Insights
- Surface actionable feedback from the community to Product and CX teams
- Help close the loop between users and internal stakeholders
- Track sentiment, engagement, and community health metrics
4. Content & Brand Voice
- Create and curate relevant, fitness-first content for community channels
- Maintain a tone that feels authentic, credible, and community-driven
- Represent the brand naturally in online fitness spaces, not like an ad
Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is deeply immersed in fitness culture and online communities.
You'll Thrive here if:
- You actively use Reddit and Discord daily and understand how communities actually grow
- You’ve managed or grown a community before — whether it’s a Discord server, subreddit, Instagram page, WhatsApp community, or creator page
- You’re passionate about fitness, recovery, wellness, or performance optimization
- You regularly work out and track your health/performance metrics
- You understand terms like:
- HRV
- VO2 Max
- Recovery Scores
- Sleep Stages
- Training Load - You consume fitness content regularly — creators, podcasts, newsletters, subreddits, YouTube, etc.
- You can differentiate authentic community engagement from generic marketing noise
- You’re curious, proactive, internet-savvy, and love interacting with people online
Preferred Skills
- Experience in community management, social media, creator ecosystems, or digital engagement
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with Slack, Discord moderation, Reddit culture, or online community tools
- Basic understanding of analytics, engagement metrics, and user sentiment tracking
