Content Operations Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Operations Intern to support day-to-day
content operations. The intern will work closely with creators, vendors, production partners, and
internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, coordination, and payment processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing data, coordinating across
teams, and ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
 Onboard writers, voice-over artists, production houses, agencies, and other content partners
onto the platform.
 Maintain accurate creator and partner data, ensuring all records are updated regularly.
 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with creators, vendors, and external
partners.
 Compile, organize, and maintain resources required for smooth operational execution.
 Prepare, process, and send agreements, work orders, and other relevant documentation in a
timely manner.
 Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure creator and vendor payments are processed and
cleared within agreed timelines.
 Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Finance, and Content teams to support
project execution and operational workflows.
 Track pending tasks, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of operational
requirements.
 Support process improvements by identifying gaps and suggesting ways to improve efficiency.
Requirements
 Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mass Communication,
Media, Operations, or a related field.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
 Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and documentation.
 Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and follow up effectively.
 Basic understanding of content, media, creator ecosystems, or vendor management is a plus.
