Job Description - Customer Experience & Insights Intern

About the Role

Noise Junior is building products designed specifically for kids and their families. We're looking for a Customer Experience Intern to support customer interactions, review management, and consumer insights.

This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about understanding customer feedback and improving the overall brand experience.

What You'll Do

Customer Support

Monitor and respond to customer queries across email, chat, social media, and marketplaces
Escalate complex issues and follow up until resolution
Maintain trackers for open and resolved customer tickets

Reviews & Feedback

Monitor reviews across Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms
Respond to customer reviews in a timely and professional manner
Identify recurring product or service issues and share insights with relevant teams

Consumer Insights

Categorise customer feedback and identify common themes
Prepare weekly summaries on customer sentiment and key concerns
Support feedback sharing across product, marketing, and operations teams

CX Operations

Help maintain response templates and CX processes
Support quality checks and ensure communication consistency
Track key CX metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline
Strong written communication skills in English and Hindi
Empathetic, organised, and customer-focused
Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
Experience with customer support tools or e-commerce platforms is a plus
