Job Description - Customer Experience & Insights Intern


About the Role
Noise Junior is building products designed specifically for kids and their families. We're looking for a Customer Experience Intern to support customer interactions, review management, and consumer insights.
This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about understanding customer feedback and improving the overall brand experience.

What You'll Do
Customer Support
  • Monitor and respond to customer queries across email, chat, social media, and marketplaces
  • Escalate complex issues and follow up until resolution
  • Maintain trackers for open and resolved customer tickets
Reviews & Feedback
  • Monitor reviews across Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms
  • Respond to customer reviews in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify recurring product or service issues and share insights with relevant teams
Consumer Insights
  • Categorise customer feedback and identify common themes
  • Prepare weekly summaries on customer sentiment and key concerns
  • Support feedback sharing across product, marketing, and operations teams
CX Operations
  • Help maintain response templates and CX processes
  • Support quality checks and ensure communication consistency
  • Track key CX metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline
  • Strong written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Empathetic, organised, and customer-focused
  • Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
  • Experience with customer support tools or e-commerce platforms is a plus
