Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to gather feedback and insights.
• Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information.
• Help develop customer success stories and testimonials.
• Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads.
• Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients via email and phone to establish relationships.
• Assist in preparing and delivering product pitches.
• Participate in sales meetings and help track sales performance.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in customer support, Marketing, and IT with a desire to learn and grow in these areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
