The platform automates invoice collection, validation, and reconciliation across airlines and hotels — helping finance teams at McKinsey, BCG, Capgemini, Abbott, and 1,250+ enterprises improve compliance, visibility, and cash recovery. We've recovered ₹300Cr+ in GST claims for clients and are scaling from $1.5M to $10M ARR in 18 month

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our Customer Support team as Interns. This internship offers hands-on exposure to customer service operations, business communication, client support, and enterprise workflows.

The selected candidates will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth support operations and a positive customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally to assist customers, address queries, provide updates, and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Handle customer and partner interactions through calls, emails, and chat support.

• Respond to customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.

• Assist with customer onboarding and support activities.

• Support operational workflows related to invoice processing, reconciliation, GST reclaim, and compliance activities.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Any Degree Graduate.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office tools.

• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members.

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

• Ability to work from the office in HSR Layout, Bangalore.

• Must be available for immediate joining.

• Candidates should be comfortable working from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
