Job Description - Desktop Support / Networking Intern

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Assist in setting up and maintaining LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network devices.

Monitor network performance and report connectivity issues.

Configure and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Linux).

Support software installation, updates, and system maintenance.

Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Assist in data backup and recovery activities.

Coordinate with senior engineers for issue resolution and project tasks

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware and Operating Systems.

Understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).

Familiarity with routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configuration.

Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
