Job Description - Digital Marketing Intern

What We’re Looking For

  • A self -starter with a “figure it out” mindset and proven execution ability.

  • Excellent skills in social media management and Canva (self -assessed 8/10 or higher).

  • Understanding of outreach basics and eagerness to learn advanced techniques.

  • Fast learner—ready to pick up new digital marketing skills and tools quickly.

  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital trends.


  • Skilled in content creation, email marketing, and social media management.

  • Knowledge of SEO, basic web analytics (Google Analytics, GTM), and performance tracking.

  • Strong communication and project management skills—you can manage multiple campaigns and still deliver on time.

  • Bonus: If you’ve worked with tools like Canva, Semrush, Zapier, or WordPress.

  • Creative thinker who lives and breathes marketing trends.


Requirements

Digital Marketing Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Intern at X9Media.co, you’ll lead and execute campaigns across channels, including:

Campaign Management

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Track budgets, ROI, and conversions with attention to detail and clear reporting.

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop engaging content strategies for client brands.

  • Coordinate with content writers/designers to publish high -performing social posts, email campaigns, and ads.

Social Media Marketing

  • Own the strategy, calendar, and execution of social media efforts across platforms.

  • Monitor KPIs and make data -backed improvements.

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Implement on -page and off -page SEO best practices.

  • Support website audits, keyword research, and CRO initiatives.

Email Marketing

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho.

  • A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs for improved open and click rates.

Reporting & Client Communication

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

  • Join client meetings to present insights, discuss strategy, and build long -term trust.
