Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

• Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy
  
• Research and create engaging content for blogs, social media posts, website pages, and videos
  
• Optimize content for AI Search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
  
• Repurpose content into multiple formats including carousels, infographics, and reels
  

Social Media & Community Management

• Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube
  
• Respond to comments and support online community engagement
  
• Monitor brand mentions and online reputation
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
  

• Collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing content
  
• Assist in identifying opportunities for thought leadership and brand storytelling
  
• Support employer branding and brand awareness campaigns
  

• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for content ideation and creation
  
• Apply prompting techniques to improve content quality and productivity
  
• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements
  
• Track engagement metrics and prepare basic performance reports
  

• Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies
  
• Assist in developing content themes and campaign ideas based on market insights
  

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for research, ideation, and content creation
  
• Build effective prompts to improve content quality and marketing productivity
  
• Stay updated on emerging AI marketing trends and recommend innovative applications
  

Required Skills & Experience

• MBA graduate (2025 pass -out) with a strong aptitude for content and brand building
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative writing
  
• Basic understanding of content marketing principles and social media platforms
  
• Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus (Certifications or courses preferred)
  
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for brainstorming and content generation
  
• Collaborative, proactive, and detail -oriented
  
• Passionate about storytelling and connecting with audiences
