Job Description - Digital Marketing Intern - ParamInfo

Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Intern at ParamInfo, you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s digital growth strategy within the IT Services industry. This internship offers a hands -on opportunity to gain real -world experience in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics. You will collaborate with experienced marketing professionals to develop and execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive engagement across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a motivated fresher eager to build a strong foundation in digital marketing while contributing to a dynamic, tech -forward organization. Your work will directly impact the company’s online presence and customer acquisition efforts, providing valuable insights into how digital strategies drive business success in the IT services sector.

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
Support SEO initiatives by researching keywords, optimizing website content, and monitoring search rankings.
Help develop and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify digital trends and opportunities.
Assist in tracking and reporting campaign performance using Google Analytics and other digital tools.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce visuals, videos, and blog content for digital channels.
Monitor online brand sentiment and respond to inquiries or feedback in a timely manner.
Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) under supervision.
Maintain and organize digital marketing assets and campaign documentation.

Requirements

Requirements:

Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Canva.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast -paced environment.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
Demonstrated interest in technology and digital innovation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
