The Brand Flo is the distribution and market expansion arm of The Brand Look Book (TBLB), helping brands grow their presence across corporate gifting, rewards, loyalty, employee engagement, marketplaces, and B2B sales channels. We work closely with brands, distributors, and enterprise buyers to drive sales, manage operations, and ensure seamless fulfillment
We are looking for an energetic and execution -focused professional to manage the end -to -end distribution business for selected brands. The role combines sales, partner management, procurement, operations, and fulfillment coordination.
You will work directly with brands, B2B customers, corporate buyers, distributors, and channel partners to drive revenue growth while ensuring smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Identify and onboard new B2B customers and channel partners
Meet corporate clients, gifting companies, rewards platforms, and distributors
Present product catalogues and brand offerings
Generate inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Manage end -to -end order lifecycle from inquiry to fulfillment
Coordinate with brands and suppliers for product availability
Track inventory and stock requirements
Support demand planning and forecasting
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brands
Coordinate new product launches and catalogue updates
Share market feedback and sales insights with brands
Work closely with brand teams on pricing, promotions, and inventory planning
Coordinate procurement activities with suppliers and brands
Ensure order processing and fulfillment accuracy
Resolve operational issues and customer escalations
Work with logistics partners for smooth deliveries
Maintain sales pipeline and customer database
Prepare sales reports and business updates
Track KPIs, targets, and operational metrics.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good negotiation and relationship management abilities
Basic understanding of sales, procurement, and supply chain processes
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask and work in a fast -paced environment
Problem -solving and ownership mindset
Willingness to travel for client and partner meetings
BBA, B.Com, BBM, MBA, PGDM, or equivalent qualification
Experience in gifting, distribution, FMCG, consumer products, e -commerce, rewards, loyalty, or procurement is an advantage
Fresh MBA graduates with a strong interest in sales and operations may also apply.
Exposure to leading consumer brands and B2B commerce ecosystems
Hands -on experience across sales, distribution, procurement, and fulfilment
