the Role

SecNinjaz
Technologies LLP, an AI-native cybersecurity and technology company
based in India, is seeking a driven MBA Finance intern to support its
finance and strategy functions. The role blends business research,
financial analytics, and investor-facing deliverables, offering
hands-on exposure to fundraising and strategic decision-making.

Key
Responsibilities

• Business
  Research & Analytics — Conduct
  market, competitor, and industry research; build and maintain
  financial models; analyse data to generate actionable insights that
  support business decisions.
  

• Financial
  Pitch Decks — Prepare
  investor-ready pitch decks, business plans, and presentations,
  translating financial data and strategy into a clear, compelling
  narrative.
  

• Investor
  Pitching Support — Assist
  in preparing for investor meetings, due-diligence data rooms, and
  fundraising rounds; help draft investor communications and follow-up
  materials.
  

• Financial
  Planning & Analysis — Support
  budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and variance analysis across the
  business.
  

• Reporting
  — Compile
  dashboards and management reports on key financial and business
  metrics.
  

• Cross-functional
  Support — Collaborate
  with product, GRC, and operations teams on costing, pricing, and
  unit-economics analysis.
  

Required
Skills & Competencies

• Strong
  grasp of financial modelling, valuation, and corporate finance
  fundamentals.
  

• Advanced
  proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; comfort with data
  visualisation.
  

• Excellent
  research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  

• Clear
  written and verbal communication, with storytelling skills for pitch
  decks.
  

• Attention
  to detail and discretion with confidential information.
  

Preferred
(Good to Have)

• Exposure
  to startup fundraising, venture capital, or investment banking.
  

• Familiarity
  with technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity business models; BI tools
  (Power BI, Tableau).
