Job Description - Fresher -HR Intern

Job brief

â We are looking for an Fresher HR Intern to perform various administrative
tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.

â HR Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire
information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. If you’re interested in
kick starting your career in HR and getting a closer look at HR processes in our
organization, we’d like to meet you.

â Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and
procedures.

Responsibilities

â Update our internal databases with new & existing employee information,
including contact details and employment forms

â Check Leave & Attendance of employees

â Will be responsible for screening resumes and application forms. Scheduling and
confirming interviews with candidates & interviewers.

â Post, update and remove job ads from job board & careers page.

â Need to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s
daily activities.

â Prepare HR -related reports as needed

â Address employee queries and coordinate with the concerns.

Requirements

â Excellent verbal & Written Communication Skill

â Conversant with Word, Excel & Powerpoint

â Basic understanding of full -cycle recruitment

â Good interpersonal & Organizational skills

â Must have good attention to details and dedicated.
