We intend to work with Government of India, Indian Postal Department, large FMCG companies, Telecom Operators, Tablet providers soon. If you're craving to lead large partnership deals, this is absolutely a white-canvas territory here.

3. Product Designers

User Experience, Ergonomics are crucial to developing the Do-It-Yourself behavior. We preach great design and practice it in every aspect of our work.

You'll create designs that will drive livelihoods to many families and shall empower common man. You're the best judge to understand what this opportunity hold for you.

Onboarding Criteria

Entrepreneurial - Someone who has dared to change a system with initiatives in their school, college, workplace or started venture of his/her own. Irrational - Someone who dreams beyond his/her age or experience despite all circumstantial limitations and problems in life.

Action Oriented - Oozing with energy to make things happen and not only talk about it. Willingness to dirty your hands with selling, talking, running around, researching, creating documents/PPTs/Excel etc.

Listener - Ability to listen, break down complex thoughts into simple pieces to derive some meaning out of it. Has genuine commitment to using his/her skills to impact the lives of millions of people.

Qualifications

• Engineering/ Design/ Sales background is awesome.


• Ability to communicate with any type of customer.


• Based (or willing to relocate to) New Delhi, India.


• Fluent in Hindi and English


• - 4 to any no of years of experience is welcome.
