Job Description : Digital Marketing Apprentice (NATS)

About the Role :

Volvo Construction Equipment is looking for a highly motivated and digitally savvy graduate to join the Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Apprentice under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). This role provides hands-on exposure to digital marketing, social media management, content creation, campaign execution, analytics, and customer engagement initiatives for Volvo Construction Equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing & Campaign Management


• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.


• Support lead generation activities through digital platforms.


• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for campaign execution.


• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization actions.

Social Media Management

• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.


• Track engagement metrics and prepare monthly social media performance reports.


• Identify industry trends and competitor activities.


• Content Development


• Develop digital content for social media platforms


• Assist in creating customer success stories, dealer stories, and product-related content.


• Coordinate with design agencies for creative development.


• Website & SEO Support


• Support website content updates and maintenance.


• Assist in SEO activities to improve website visibility.


• Monitor website traffic and user engagement metrics.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing dashboards.


• Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.


• Track leads generated through digital campaigns and provide actionable insights.


• Dealer & Customer Engagement


• Support digital initiatives involving dealers and key customers.

Desired Qualifications

• BBA Marketing, Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or related disciplines.


• Eligible for apprenticeship under NATS.


• Strong interest in Digital Marketing and Brand Communication.


• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Good analytical and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.


• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.


• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.


• Experience in managing personal, academic, or internship-related digital marketing projects will be an advantage.
