Graduate Engineer TraineeWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Executive to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders; tracking project progress and budgets; preparing MIS reports and dashboards; supporting automation and process improvement initiatives; and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.

•Support project planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring activities across assigned projects.

•Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.

•Prepare project MIS reports, progress trackers, dashboards, and management presentations.

•Assist in preparation, tracking, and control of project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.

•Assist in implementation and monitoring of automation-related projects and process improvements.

•Track project milestones and follow up on pending action items to ensure timely completion

•Conduct data analysis for project performance, cost optimization, and resource utilization.

•Support site/project review meetings and prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).

•Assist in procurement coordination, invoice verification, and vendor payment tracking.
