Graduate Trainee- HSSE

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of HSSE policies, procedures, and programs across the workplace

• Assist in safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments

• Contribute to the documentation and tracking of incidents, near misses, and corrective actions

• Help ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements

• Participate in awareness initiatives and safety engagement activities

• Maintain and update HSSE data, reports, and dashboards

• Support implementation of preventive and corrective actions for workplace safety and environmental risks

• Work under guidance within defined HSSE frameworks and processes

• Apply basic technical knowledge gained through education or training

• Learn and use standard HSSE tools, methodologies, and practices

• Assist in problem-solving by evaluating known alternatives under supervision

• Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional HSSE initiatives.
