What You'll Do:

• Design engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and other marketing collateral.


• Execute designs based on creative references, mood boards, and brand guidelines while maintaining high visual quality.


• Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, marketers, and clients to transform briefs into impactful visual solutions.


• Ensure consistency across all brand communication by adhering to established visual identities.


• Be open to exploring new design styles, trends, and creative approaches while maintaining brand relevance.


• Take ownership of feedback and revisions to deliver polished, high-quality creatives within deadlines.


• Organize and maintain design files for seamless collaboration across teams.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Figma is highly preferred, as it is our primary design platform. Candidates should be comfortable designing in Figma or be willing to quickly adapt and work extensively on it.


• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.


• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, composition, and visual hierarchy.


• Ability to understand creative references and execute designs that align with the desired visual direction.


• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or animation will be an added advantage.
