Job Title: Growth Intern – HR Solutions

? Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

? Duration: 3 Months (Full -time Internship)

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people and wants to build a career in Business Development, Client Success, and HR Technology?

We are looking for enthusiastic Growth Interns to join our team and gain hands -on exposure to B2B sales, HR advisory services, client engagement, and HRTech solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn

• Conduct introductory discussions with HR Heads, Founders, and Business Owners

• Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline

• Support client success and relationship management activities

• Research high -growth companies and identify new business opportunities

• Learn about HR processes, HRTech platforms, and consulting solutions

Who Can Apply?

• BBA, B.Com, BA, BBM, or any Graduate (2024–2026 batch preferred)

• Strong communication skills in English and regional languages

• Interest in Sales, Business Development, Client Success, or HRTech

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently
