Role Overview

The GTM Intern will support key go-to-market activities, including market research, lead generation, CRM management, campaign coordination, and sales enablement. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to business development, marketing operations, and growth strategy in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in market research to identify target customers, industry trends, and competitive insights.
  




• Support lead generation efforts through online research, database building, and outbound prospecting.
  




• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and customer information.
  




• Help coordinate email campaigns, follow-ups, and outreach activities.
  




• Assist in preparing sales collateral, presentations, and proposal documents.
  




• Track campaign and outreach performance and maintain reports for the team.
  




• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support GTM execution.
  




• Assist with other business development and go-to-market tasks as required.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Freshers welcome to apply).
  




• Strong interest in business development, sales, marketing, or go-to-market strategy.
  




• Basic understanding of lead generation, market research, and CRM tools.
  




• Familiarity with Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus.
  




• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  




• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
