Job Description - HextgenAI - Digital marketing Intern

Summary:

The Digital Growth & Marketing Associate at HextgenAI plays a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition through strategic digital marketing initiatives. Based in Hyderabad, this full -time position is ideal for a proactive and detail -oriented professional who thrives in a fast -paced environment. You will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, while also overseeing referral programs, affiliate partnerships, and influencer collaborations. Your work will directly impact conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall growth. With a focus on data -driven decision -making and clear communication, you’ll ensure all activities are aligned with business goals and reported with precision.

Responsibilities:

Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Monitor and track daily leads, demo bookings, and sales closures
Manage and scale referral and channel partner programs
Develop and maintain relationships with affiliates and influencers
Design and implement email automation workflows to nurture leads
Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn to build thought leadership
Oversee SEO strategies and local GEO targeting for improved visibility
Deliver comprehensive EOD reports with detailed call analytics and performance insights

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in running and analyzing paid advertising campaigns across major social platforms
Strong content creation skills with a track record of driving engagement
Highly organized, self -motivated, and capable of delivering reports without constant follow -up
Foundational knowledge of SEO and email marketing best practices
Preferred: Experience in B2B marketing or the healthcare industry
Freshers with a strong portfolio and demonstrable passion for digital marketing are encouraged to apply
