Role Overview
The Business Intelligence & HR Marketing Intern will support the HR team by analysing recruitment and workforce data, tracking hiring funnel performance, and supporting recruitment marketing initiatives. The role focuses on people analytics, hiring efficiency, and employer branding insights to enable data-driven HR.
 

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Business Intelligence / People Analytics
  • Collect, validate, and analyse HR and recruitment data from ATS, HRMS, and CRM systems
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for HR Team
  • Track and analyse key HR metrics such as:
  • Walk-ins vs. offers vs. joiners
  • Time-to-hire & cost-per-hire
  • Attrition trends (early & overall)
  • Recruiter & source-wise productivity
  • Build dashboards to monitor hiring performance and manpower planning
  • Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding
  • Analyse performance of recruitment marketing channels:
  • Job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring
  • Support employer branding initiatives on digital platforms
  • HR Operations & Stakeholder Support
  • Coordinate with TA, HR Operations, and Business teams for data alignment
  • Create executive summaries, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews
  • Maintain data accuracy, governance, and documentation standards

Skills & Qualifications
  • Recently completed MBA (HR/Marketing/Analytics), BBA, B.Com, Engineering, or Data Analytics
  • Strong interest in HR Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Recruitment Marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Charts)
  • Good understanding of HR and recruitment metrics
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Good to Have
  • Exposure to Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools (Naukri RMS, Zoho Recruit, Darwinbox, LeadSquared)
  • Prior academic project or internship in HR analytics or marketing analytics
  • Exposure to people analytics and HR strategy
  • Detail-oriented with strong numerical aptitude
  • Interested in combining HR, analytics, and marketing
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven BPO environment
