HR Intern

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to build a career in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition. If you're someone with good communication skills, enjoys interacting with people, and has prior internship experience in recruitment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, PyjamaHR, and other job portals.


• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.


• Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability.


• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.


• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.


• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.


• Assist with day-to-day recruitment activities and HR operations.

Requirements

• 3–6 months of prior internship experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is mandatory.


• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and PyjamaHR.


• Candidate must have thier own Laptop to use for this role.


• Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.


• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and Google Workspace.


• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
