Role: AI Scientist Intern

Required Educational Qualification: BTech / MTech / PhD (Pursuing or Recent Graduate) from a Tier 1 institution or equivalent academic background.

Job Objective:
As an AI Scientist Intern, you will work with the AI team to build and evaluate machine learning solutions for real-world business problems. You will gain hands-on experience in machine learning, NLP, information retrieval, recommendation systems, and large-scale data processing.

Job Description:

As an AI Scientist Intern, you will:

• Assist in developing machine learning and AI solutions for business use cases.


• Work on extracting insights from structured and unstructured data such as resumes, job descriptions, user profiles, and behavioral data.


• Support research and experimentation in areas such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Information Retrieval, Semantic Search, and Recommendation Systems.


• Build data pipelines, perform data analysis, and prepare datasets for model training and evaluation.


• Conduct literature reviews and stay updated with recent advancements in AI and Machine Learning.


• Develop, test, and evaluate machine learning models under guidance from senior team members.


• Participate in model performance analysis and help improve accuracy and scalability of AI solutions.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and explore AI-driven solutions.


• Document experiments, findings, and implementation details.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Information Retrieval, or Artificial Intelligence concepts.


• Good programming skills in Python and familiarity with common AI/ML libraries.


• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to learn quickly and work on research-oriented projects.


• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with machine learning projects, research work, internships, or academic coursework.


• Familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, or similar tools.


• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG systems, vector databases, or Generative AI is a plus.


• Understanding of SQL and data processing concepts.
