Intern (Bachelor's)- HR

As an Intern (Bachelor's) - HR here at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. • Support talent acquisition efforts: Posting job openings and scheduling interviews


• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes: Ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees


• Contribute to employee relations activities: Including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans


• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresSupport employee development initiatives: Including training programs and performance evaluations

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

• Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field.


• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
