Intern - Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Intern on the Professional Services Team in our Gurgaon Office, you’ll play a vital role in delivering seamless publisher implementations and ensuring high-quality service for global clients.
You’ll translate technical knowledge into real-world impact by supporting end-to-end implementation processes and maintaining delivery timelines.
You’ll collaborate across teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve implementation workflows.
You’ll help drive efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction through hands-on technical execution.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Recently completed BCA / B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field


• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript, APIs, and SQL


• Familiarity with browser developer tools and SEO fundamentals


• Ability to commit to a 6-month internship and work from the Gurgaon office in rotational shifts


• Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies

Bonus points if you have:

• Hands-on experience with debugging or QA processes in web environments


• Exposure to implementation or client-facing technical support roles

How you’ll make an impact:

• Execute implementation requests from business teams while meeting defined timelines


• Deliver high-quality outputs aligned with client requirements and service standards


• Perform QA checks, identify issues, and resolve them through technical debugging


• Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate when necessary


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance knowledge and execution quality


• Take ownership of assigned tasks and continuously improve based on feedback
