Intern - NOC/ Monitoring

Overview

Chi Networks, a Chicago -headquartered IT company with a strong presence in India, is seeking a dynamic and results -driven enthusiastic and skilled NOC / Monitoring Intern (24x7 Operations) to join our growing team in New Delhi.  This is a full -time position for recent graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to kickstart their careers in a dynamic IT environment.  You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands -on experience in various domains such as managed services, cloud computing, and network/security operations.  You will be supporting Indian and US clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor servers, devices, and applications using NOC tools 
  

• Log alerts, raise tickets, and escalate to senior engineers when required.
  

• Assist in basic network/server troubleshooting
  

• Work on daily shift reports and outage documentation
  

• Learn Linux / Windows server basics, networking, and monitoring tools
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• CA / B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / Diploma or cybersecurity certification (preferred) 
  

• Basic understanding of IP, ping, traceroute, DNS, etc
  

• Analytical and problem -solving skills 
  

• Communication:  Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
