Job Description - Intern - Sales & Marketing

Sales & Marketing Internship – Job Description
Location: Indore, M.P.
Stipend: 5k per month (performance -based incentives applicable)
Commitment: Minimum 5 hours per day (Mon -Sat)
Duration: 1 month (extendable based on mutual agreement)

About Zoop+ Charge

Zoop+ Charge is an EV charging infrastructure and Charge Point Operator (CPO) focused on building reliable and accessible charging networks across urban locations, highways, commercial spaces, and residential complexes. We work across EV charger deployment, operations, software integration, and network management to enable seamless charging experiences for electric vehicle users.
We are a fast -growing team working at the intersection of electric mobility, infrastructure, operations, and technology, and we are looking for people who want to be part of the EV transition and help build the charging infrastructure of the future.

Role Description

Join Zoop Charge as a Business Development Intern and support the growth and expansion of our EV charging infrastructure network. In this role, you will assist the business development team in market research, lead generation, B2B partner outreach, and location mapping for new EV charging stations. You will gain exposure to business development, infrastructure partnerships, sales processes, and the EV ecosystem while working closely with the core team on expansion strategy and partner acquisition. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in business development, sales, infrastructure partnerships, or the electric mobility sector.

Requirements

  • Conduct market research to identify potential locations for EV charging stations.
  • Support lead generation and database creation for potential partners and clients
  • Assist in outreach to commercial property owners, businesses, and potential partners.
  • Help prepare presentations, proposals, and partnership documents.
  • Maintain lead and partner tracking sheets and CRM data.
  • Support the business development team in meetings, follow -ups, and coordination.
  • Research EV market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Assist in franchise and partnership outreach initiatives.
  • Support in preparing reports and business development updates.

Preferred Qualification

  • Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Interest in business development, sales, startups, infrastructure, or EV industry.
  • Good English and Hindi communication and research skills.
  • Basic understanding of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and presentations.
  • Self -motivated and willing to learn in a fast -paced environment.
