We are looking for motivated MBA graduates to join our Intern -to -Hire – Business Development program. This opportunity offers hands -on experience in IT sales, client engagement, and real -world business development activities, with the potential for a full -time role based on performance.

Responsibilities:

For (BBA / MBA) Intern -to -Hire – Business Development

  • Assist in promoting IT products and services through lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and client communication.
  • Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor insights.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update lead data, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align outreach strategies and client requirements.
  • Learn and apply practical skills in IT sales, SaaS solutions, digital marketing, and customer relationship management.
  • Work towards assigned targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Work with counter part in Canada.



Requirements


  • Recent graduate or final -year student with a degree in MBA/BBA (Sales, Marketing, or related field).
  • Strong interest in IT sales, SaaS products, and business development.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to explain products/services clearly and confidently over calls and virtual meetings.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Good problem -solving and customer -handling abilities.
  • Self -motivated with a target -driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast -paced startup/IT environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
Office Time: 10:00 AM IST to 07:00 PM IST
