Job Title: HR Associate / HR Intern

Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi

Employment Type: Full-time / Internship

Work Timings: 11:30 am – 8:30 pm

Compensation

• Internship: ₹15,000/month stipend with PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) opportunity.
  
• Full-time: ₹25,000/month salary.
  

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated HR Associate / Intern to support our HR team, with a primary focus on talent acquisition and recruitment activities. This role is best suited for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to gain hands-on exposure to HR processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior HR in sourcing and screening candidates from multiple platforms.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  
• Maintain hiring trackers and update candidate databases regularly.
  
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and status updates.
  
• Support HR team in documentation and other day-to-day tasks as needed.
  

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 0–6 months of HR internship or work experience (freshers encouraged to apply).
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
  
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
