• Execute projects involving active research/analytics based on internal and external information sources and the development of interim and final report preparation
  


• Assist the Project Manager/Director in project execution with the overall objective of ensuring timely & high-quality project deliverables
  


• Actively engage with CXOs and other senior-level client personnel
  


• Conduct client interviews, run focus groups, and facilitate workshops
  


• Conduct any required training sessions for employees in the junior consulting and research teams
  


• Support the business development activities of the firm such as the pursuit development and production of thought papers
  

• MBA from a top-tier B-School with minimum 2 years of prior relevant work experience
  


• Excellent academic pedigree and performance
  


• A good understanding of the financial services and the financial technology world would be valued
  

Technical:

• Adept at issue identification, solution development, and presentation
  


• Well-versed with quantitative research methodologies like financial modelling, valuations, and data analysis
  


• Skilled in the MS Office suite
