About the Role

We are
seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition & Operations Intern to
join our growing consulting team. This role is ideal for candidate eager to
gain hands -on experience in recruitment operations, backend support, and
process management within a fast -paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Talent
  Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.
  
• Maintain and update
  recruitment databases, reports, and dashboards.
  
• Assist with backend
  operational activities to ensure smooth hiring processes.
  
• Leverage Microsoft Office
  Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for reporting and
  presentations.
  
• Use tools like ChatGPT to draft communication, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with internal
  teams to deliver seamless operational support.
  
• Handle day -to -day
  administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills
  (written & verbal).
  
• Hunger to learn, adapt, and
  take ownership of tasks.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel,
  PowerPoint, and Word is a must.
  
• Good knowledge of ChatGPT/AI
  tools for operational efficiency.
  
• Available to work 6 days
  a week from office.
  
• Open to candidates from any
  degree background.
