We are seeking two motivated Digital Marketing Interns to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad for a full -time, in -office internship lasting three months. This role offers hands -on experience in managing real -world Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, with a focus on driving lead generation and optimising performance. You’ll play a key role in shaping social media strategies, analysing campaign data, and contributing to measurable growth. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to build a strong foundation in digital marketing, particularly those seeking practical experience in paid social advertising and performance analytics.

Responsibilities:

Design, launch, and optimise Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools to improve lead generation and ROI.
Collaborate on creative strategies and content ideas to enhance engagement and reach.
Support the team in tracking KPIs and generating regular performance reports.

Requirements

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and enthusiasm for data -driven decision -making.
Open to candidates with relevant skills—especially women returning to the workforce.
