Management Trainee - Sales & Marketing

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Management Trainee – Sales to join our team. This role is designed for fresh graduates who are interested in starting their career in B2B Sales and Business Development within the engineering services sector.

The selected candidate will receive practical exposure and on-the-job training in lead generation, client communication, business development, and sales activities while working closely with the sales and management teams.

• Identify and research potential B2B clients and business opportunities.
  
• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, online platforms, and other sources.
  
• Assist the sales team in reaching out to prospective clients and initiating business conversations.
  
• Communicate with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
  
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
  
• Maintain and update lead and client information in the CRM.
  
• Follow up with prospective clients and support the team in developing business opportunities.
  
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry opportunities.
  
• Assist in client meetings, presentations, and other business development activities.
  
• Work closely with the sales and management teams to support business development initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
  
• Fresh graduates looking to begin their career in Sales and Business Development are encouraged to apply
  
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  
• Interest in B2B sales, business development, and client relationship management.
  
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
  
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients.
