nHRMS is seeking highly motivated and communication -driven individuals to join our Growth Team as Growth Interns. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to client engagement, lead generation, business development, and HR Technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
• Generate and qualify business leads
• Support client acquisition and relationship management activities
• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate with business leaders and HR professionals
• Maintain and track activities through CRM systems
Eligibility
• MBA (Marketing, HR, Operations, or related specialization)
• BBA / BBM
• Recent Graduates and Final -Year Students
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
