Summary

Multiplier AI is seeking motivated 2025 and 2026 graduates to join its team as an AI Junior Digital Marketing Executive, focusing on Paid Media and Performance. Based in Madhapur, Hyderabad, this on-site role is designed for freshers who have completed a Bachelor's degree alongside a Digital Marketing certification. As a leader in AI-driven lifesciences marketing, the company offers a unique platform to develop expertise in performance marketing, Agentic AI workflows, and enterprise-level campaign management. The position provides hands-on training with live advertising budgets, allowing new hires to collaborate with industry experts while mastering the intersection of artificial intelligence and digital strategy.

Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end creation and management of advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
Conduct audience segmentation, keyword analysis, and bid adjustments to maximize campaign efficiency.
Draft engaging ad copy and coordinate with creative teams to develop high-impact visual assets.
Track and analyze key performance indicators such as click-through rates, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
Generate comprehensive performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Execute A/B testing strategies for advertisements and landing pages to refine user engagement and conversion rates.
Utilize tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and AI-enhanced marketing software.
Partner with Content, Design, and Technology departments to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Keep abreast of emerging trends in automation, paid media, and artificial intelligence within the digital landscape.

Requirements

Requirements:

Must be a 2025 or 2026 graduate holding a Bachelor's degree with a consistent academic record of 65% or higher (or equivalent CGPA) across 10th grade, 12th grade/diploma, and undergraduate studies.
Completion of a recognized Digital Marketing course or certification during 2025 or 2026 is mandatory.
Possess a foundational understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and performance marketing principles.
Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, logical reasoning, and effective verbal and written communication.
Exhibit a genuine passion for acquiring knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and new digital marketing technologies.
Availability to work on-site at the Hyderabad (Madhapur) office.
Preferred: Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), basic proficiency in design tools like Canva, and strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Preferred: A proactive mindset, quick learning ability, and a readiness to take ownership of tasks.
