NetSuite Functional Trainee

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated   MBA finance  fresher candidates to join our ERP team as NetSuite Functional Trainees. You will undergo hands -on training in Oracle NetSuite ERP and assist in implementing, customizing, and supporting NetSuite solutions for our clients or internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are keen to start a career in ERP consulting or functional analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Undergo structured training in NetSuite ERP modules including Finance, Procurement, Sales, CRM, and Inventory.
  

• Assist in analyzing client or business requirements and translating them into NetSuite solutions.
  

• Support in the configuration, testing, and deployment of NetSuite applications.
  

• Collaborate with cross -functional teams to gather business requirements and develop functional documentation.
  

• Assist in providing end -user support and training.
  

• Participate in data migration, report building, and system integration activities.
  

• Troubleshoot basic functional issues under the guidance of senior consultants.
  

• Stay updated with NetSuite product enhancements and new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance.

• Basic understanding of business processes such as accounting, sales, or inventory is a plus.
  

• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Eagerness to learn ERP systems and technologies.
  

• Ability to work well in a team -oriented, collaborative environment
