Job Description - NOC Engineer Intern

Monitor network devices, servers, and applications using monitoring tools.

Identify, log, and escalate network incidents and alerts.

Assist in troubleshooting connectivity and network performance issues.

Support incident management and ticket tracking processes.

Maintain network documentation, reports, and operational logs.

Perform routine health checks on network systems and infrastructure.

Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.

Learn and follow SOPs, escalation procedures, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

Basic understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching).

Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.

Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.

Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
