About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, coordinating with multiple teams, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  Assist in managing daily operational activities and processes.

  Coordinate between learners and the Masai team to ensure smooth communication and timely issue resolution.

  
  


• 
  

  Act as the primary point of contact for learners for operational queries and follow-ups.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain and update operational data, trackers, and reports.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor process adherence and identify areas for improvement.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare MIS reports and dashboards using Google Sheets or Excel.

  
  


• 
  

  Support documentation, process audits, and operational projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle data validation and ensure accuracy across systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in resolving operational queries and escalations.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
  
  

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree (final-year students or recent graduates are welcome to apply).

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
