Operations Trainee

As an Operations Trainee at SharePal, you will learn & execute the forward/reverse operations process effectively and efficiently. The primary responsibilities include:

• Manage the daily order book and ensure timely delivery & pick -up of the orders.
  

• Coordinate with the Ops executives and ensure that the standard operating procedures are followed properly.
  

• Coordinating with customers in case of any order -related issues. 
  

• Resolve order -related issues on a priority basis and ensure a customer experience.
  

• Coordinating with 3rd party courier partners for any delivery/pick -up -related issues.
  

• Coordinating internal stock audits at the warehouse.
  

• Assisting the operations manager with status updates and preparing reports.
  

Requirements

• B.Tech/B.E. or UG in any specialization
  

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  

• Good communication skills. English & Hindi
  

• Comfortable working with multiple departments within the business
