Job Description - Pavani Infra - Digital Marketing Intern

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join the dynamic team at Pavani Infra, a leading player in the Real Estate and Property Management sector. This role offers a unique opportunity for freshers to gain hands -on experience in digital marketing within a fast -paced, industry -driven environment. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of digital strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support property marketing campaigns. You will work closely with marketing professionals to manage social media platforms, create engaging content, analyze campaign performance, and contribute to SEO and email marketing initiatives. This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about digital innovation, real estate, and building a strong foundation in modern marketing practices.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and scheduling social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) tailored to real estate and property management audiences.
Support the creation of visually appealing digital content, including graphics, videos, and reels, using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Contribute to SEO -optimized content for property listings, blogs, and landing pages to improve search engine rankings.
Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, drafting copy, and tracking open/click -through rates.
Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital tools to support ongoing marketing improvements.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align digital initiatives with property launch timelines and client acquisition goals.
Maintain organized records of digital assets, campaign reports, and content calendars.

Requirements

Requirements:

Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media marketing, and content creation.
Proficiency in using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar; familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast -paced environment.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is advantageous.
Passion for real estate, property management, and digital innovation.
Must be available for full -time internship (or part -time with flexible scheduling) for a minimum of 3–6 months.
