Job Description - Performance Marketing Intern

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across key platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role is critical in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth by leveraging data -driven strategies to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of self -serve ad platforms, campaign performance analysis, and optimization techniques, with experience supporting international or U.S. -based brands. Success in this role will directly impact our digital marketing effectiveness and overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve KPIs and ROI.
Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging best practices in digital advertising.
Collaborate with cross -functional teams to align ad strategies with broader marketing goals.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience with self -serve ad platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization techniques, and performance reporting.
Experience managing campaigns for international or U.S. -based brands is highly desirable.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and communicate campaign success.
