Product Management Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and structured Intern who understands the basics of Product and Project Management. This role involves working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to create, organize, and maintain clear documentation that supports execution and knowledge sharing across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on exposure to real-world product development and project workflows

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product requirement documents PRDs, feature briefs, and release notes


• Document project plans, timelines, and meeting notes


• Organize and structure knowledge repositories Notion/Confluence/Drive, etc.)


• Work with product, tech, and business teams to gather information and convert discussions into structured documentation


• Track action items and follow-ups from meetings


• Assist in improving documentation processes and templates


• Ensure version control and clarity across all documentation

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Product Management concepts PRDs, user stories, roadmaps, MVP, etc.)


• Basic understanding of Project Management principles (timelines, milestones, task tracking, stakeholder communication)


• Strong written communication skills


• High attention to detail and structured thinking


• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Confluence, Jira, Google Docs, or similar


• Ability to synthesize information and present it clearly


• Proactive and self-driven attitude
