Program Management Internship

We’re looking for skilled interns to work under the business management team and provide valuable technical knowledge to accelerate our growth. Your work will involve assisting with respect to strategizing business needs and documenting various processes with respect to different vertices such as marketing, business development, farm and finance management

Interns should have a 6 minimum  months of working experience in agriculture setup or similar.

Responsibilities:

• Research ideas and facts suitable for the assigned document 

• Develop ideas derived from online/offline research and organize the same for further use

• Sort out workable ideas by a process of elimination and keep eliminated ideas stored for future reference.

• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in business administration (BBA) or any Graduate(hons) (Master's degree, a plus)

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverable

• Passion to make a difference in enabling sustainability 

• Highly structured, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines.

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.

Location : Indore/ Work from home

Work Timings : 10am- 7pm
